Kathy attended Gannon University, joined our agency in 1992 and is the manager of our Employee Benefits Department; she became a principal and assistant vice-president of Loesel-Schaaf in January 2002.  Kathy has worked in sales and service of employee benefits plans since 1980 and in 1989 received certification, with honors, from the Health Insurance Institute of America.  She received her Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) designation in 2006.

Kathy is an officer and serves on the board of directors for the Purple Martin Conservation Association.

Kathy enjoys being outdoors in the country and birding, as well as spending time with her husband, dog, and family.
